the food was amazin and changed everyday, we liked the beach and pool a lot. the staff was really friendly and helpful, always kept our room clean and tidy. loved the bedtime towel art, so cute! the snorkeling trip was frikin awesome, saw so many fish in the clear water!

A 4-star rating feels generous when the facilities don't quite match. A more robust wifi access point would be appreciated, as reception-only access is a hassle!!! The pool music needs to be toned down for a more relaxing atmosphere!!! Long waits at the buffet can detract from the dining experience!!!

I recently had a grand stay by the beach. the ocean views were stunning, and the staff were real sound folks, especially Engy at reception, so helpful! My only downside was the room could’ve been cleaner, but overall, it was a mighty experience!

Kids loved the play area, but the laundry service took too long to return clothes.

The staff was wonderful, especially Marco and Yasmine, who provided great service! This hotel offers fantastic snorkeling experiences at its beach and even has a free shuttle to the city center!

Unfortunately, the hotel is quite isolated, making it difficult to explore nearby attractions. the dining options were limited, affecting our overall experience during the stay.

The coral reef is amazing for snorkeling, and I loved having direct access to the beach right from the hotel. The experience was unforgettable!
